Products: All product descriptions, images and pricing are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to update pricing, correct errors and modify product contents with reasonable notice.

Preorders: By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that your order will be dispatched on the advised preorder date. Full payment is required at time of ordering.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. The Gentle Pour does not store card details.

Delivery: We ship Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.

Intellectual property: All content on this website including text, images, logos and brand elements are the property of The Gentle Pour and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product.
