Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your slowdown box. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it. 

Damaged or faulty items: If your box arrives damaged or contains a faulty item, please contact us at hello@thegentlepour.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a video of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund. 

Change of mind: As our boxes are curated gift products containing food items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully. 

Preorders: If you need to cancel a preorder, please contact us at least 7 days before the dispatch date. Cancellations after this point may not be possible.

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
