We ship Australia-wide. 

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment being received.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent. 

Estimated delivery times:

• South Australia: 2–4 business days

• All other states: 3–6 business days.

• Please allow additional time for remote and regional areas.

Please note that during our launch period, slowdown boxes are offered as a preorder. Dispatch dates for preorders will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase. 

We take great care in packing every box, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thegentlepour.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a video, and we will make it right.
